I worked with the company's brand consultant and copywriter to create a comprehensive monthly email plan and draft the content. I crafted and designed emails twice weekly, ensuring they adhered to the brand's identity. The emails were set up on Klaviyo, and graphics were created on Canva and Photoshop. The approach prioritised building connections with the audience over direct sales.
